HASTAM's mission is to improve the management of health, safety and environmental risks within your organisation by working in partnership with you to provide the highest quality bespoke services and products - just the support you need, just when you need it.
In addition to our training and consultancy services, HASTAM produces a number of off-the-shelf products designed to simplify health, safety and environmental management, including the widely used CHASE audit and evaluation systems.
Our most recent innovation is a behavioural safety programme (SAM) which expands your overall management system by building a novel approach to behaviour modification. Incorporating, as appropriate, consultancy, training, CHASE and ongoing support, our package enables a step change to new levels of performance.
HASTAM's unique approach to problem solving through partnership makes us one of the UK leaders in the provision of consultancy and training in the management of health, safety andenvironmental issues. From high level audits and reviews, through board room presentations to line manager and employee training, we provide bespoke services to suit the needs of our clients. We combine academic excellence with practical experience to provide services which are always tailored to the specific needs of the client, from blue chip multi-nationals to SMEs.
Established in 1984 as an offshoot of the Aston University Health and Safety Department, HASTAM is an independent company employing a multi-disciplinary team of health, safety and environmental specialists.
Our headquarters are in Essex but we maintain close links with Aston University giving our clients unrivalled access to the latest research in health, safety and environmental management.
