Examples of HASTAM Projects
The following examples of projects, large and small, illustrate the breadth of the service we offer.
The HASTAM team have been involved in the investigation and remediation of a number of large contaminated industrial sites. HASTAM has project managed these contracts, together with providing on-site technically competent personnel.
A holding company has commissioned HASTAM environmental consultants to conduct baseline reviews and subsequent re-audits at all of their small plastics and metals manufacturing sites located throughout the UK. This project has been running for several years.
A multi-site environmental audit was carried out by HASTAM consultants for a major UK chemical company.
A pet food manufacturer commissioned HASTAM to undertake an assessment of odour problems arising from production operations.
A non-ferrous metal works was advised on the emissions monitoring programme required for authorisation under the EPA. Work included a review of operations and likely sources of emissions and design of emissions sampling programmes.
A number of large organisations have been assisted in the production of a Company/Group Environmental Legislation Handbook, which has subsequently been used throughout their UK operations.
