The following examples of typical projects illustrate the breadth of the service we can offer.
A Local Authority wanted to completely revise its Health and Safety monitoring process. HASTAM worked with the authority to devise a comprehensive safety audit to suit all areas of the authority.
HASTAM has conducted large numbers of Managing Safely courses for several large organisations. In all cases we developed industry-specific versions of the Managing Safely course.
HASTAM consultants revised the safety manual for a major UK company. The new manual was completely redesigned to provide a practical guide for managers.
We undertook a review of safety management for a major public utility. One of our consultants was seconded to the client for six months to set up a safety function and system to the client's requirements. We helped recruit a safety manager to take over the programme which we had installed.
