- improve the management of health, safety and environmental risks within organisations through the provision of high-quality training, consultancy services and products

To achieve this HASTAM will
- maintain its independent identity
- maintain and support a team of qualified professionals with
an appropriate range of skills
- provide a range of high
quality, professional services and products for the management of health, safety and
environmental risks, including
- a consultancy
service with emphasis on management of risks and problem solving
- health,
safety and environmental training for executives, managers and employees in the management
of risks
- professional
training for safety and environmental specialists
- up-to-date
information on the management of health, safety and environmental issues
- develop long term relationships and partnerships with
clients
- devote appropriate resources to facilitate the development
of new and innovative products and services for the benefit of clients and to improve the
management of health, safety and environmental risks
- maintain close links with the Health and Safety Unit of
Aston University to ensure a sound academic base for HASTAM products and services
- seek partnerships with appropriate organisations with a view
to furthering HASTAM’s Mission
- provide a supportive environment for all its staff and
associates so as to help them develop a rewarding career and provide the highest level of
service to HASTAM clients.
