Behavioural Safety Programme
In addition to the more general behavioural safety mentoring which HASTAM offers, Mike offers mentoring on the introduction of HASTAM's unique programme - SAM. Following an assessment of your existing culture and readiness for a behavioural safety programme, Mike will work with you to ensure that the programme is tailored to your needs and management style and that the launch, roll out and ongoing maintenance of the programme are such as to ensure its long term success.
Root Cause Analysis
In addition to the more general incident investigation mentoring which HASTAM offers, Mike offers mentoring in one particular technique, Events and Causal factors Analysis, supplemented by HASTAM's unique HAZOP approach to the identification of safety management system root causes.
