Reports
CHASE includes Crystal Reports together with a number of standard report templates to enable users to produce smart, formatted reports within minutes of completing an audit.
Report formats include basic summary reports, detailed reports, which include answers and comments, and recommendation reports which can be used as action plans.
Reports can be saved in a number of common formats such as PDF or Microsoft Word documents.
Remote completion of evaluations
1. On another PC
Many users print out copies of an evaluation to send to a line manager for completion. There is a facility to allow users to send out files for completion on another computer that does not have CHASE installed. This is available as an add-on to the evaluation program. People completing the evaluation have to install a small program on their own computer to enable them to read and answer the questions. This is detailed on the CHASE Answer Only page.
The Answer program (Windows 2000/Me/XP version) is available from this website: Download answer setup (1.6MB) You will require the Answer-only add on for the full program to be able to use it.
2. On a PDA
You can also use a Windows PDA to gather information and then upload it into the main system to analyse the results and produce the reports. This add-on allows you to take a CHASE evaluation on-site in a pocket-sized format.

Support
Purchasers of CHASE receive telephone support from 9am to 5pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the Christmas to New Year period. There is also a continually expanding support page on this site which may provide the answers you require and includes an e-mail form, allowing you to e-mail your problem to us.
Trial System
If you wish to evaluate CHASE for yourself why not try the 30 day trial version? This is a full system with the limitation that it will only run for 30 days from the date of installation. It includes the Editor and a number (about 20%) of questions from the currently available CHASE Modules. A free Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Self-Assessment module is also included. Use this to try out CHASE and assess your workstation at the same time!
