If you are already a CHASE user, you can keep up to date by going to the Download page to obtain the latest version.
View a list of changes made since version 1.1.0.
Please note that you must have a legitimate copy of CHASE for Windows to use these downloads - they will not work on computers that do not already have CHASE for Windows installed. If you are still using version 1 or 2 the version 3 update will not work but you can obtain the most recent version that you can use (version 2.0.6).

Fixed Bugs
This table lists bugs that have been identified and are now fixed. Not all bugs affect all users. If you are experiencing one of the problems below and you do not have the latest version, click here to download the latest update or complete the support request form below, stating the problem you are having and we will send you an updated version. Because of the file sizes required by the Windows Installer Service, updates are no longer available on floppy disks.

| (Editor versions only): When
copying questions from one module to another where the questions have word answers,
sometimes the word answer is copied to the new module but the question continues to
reference the word answer in the original module. This causes problems if the module is
then copied to another computer where the original module is not present. In this case the
question will revert to a percentage answer type.
If this has happened it is corrected by opening the question in the Editor and reselecting the required word answer. |

Download the Answer-only program
If you have purchased the upgrade to the main CHASE program to generate "Single evaluation files", your users will need to install the Answer-only program to complete the evaluations on their own computers. You can distribute this yourself from the CD-ROM, set it up on your own intranet or direct users to this page where they can download it for themselves. The downloadable version requires Windows 2000, XP or Millennium Edition. If you have Windows 95, 98 or NT4 you need to load it from the CD-ROM.
