CHASE Trial Request

About the CHASE 60 day Trial

This is a fully functioning copy of CHASE with the following restrictions:

1. The program will only run for 60 days from the date of installation.
2. The number of reports included is limited.
3. The numbers of questions in the trial modules are about 20% of those in the full versions
4. It is not possible to exchange data between copies of the the trial program

CHASE will cease working after 60 days but the data will remain on your computer and can be unlocked on the purchase of a full copy.

Before continuing please ensure that

1. You are running Windows 2000, XP, Vista or Windows 7
2. You have at least 60MB free disk space.
3. You have administration rights to install software on your computer - if not you will need to contact an administrator to install it for you.

Complete the registration form below. Click on Continue when the form is complete, Reset Form clears all the fields. We will then send you an e-mail with a link to the CHASE installation file.
