This shows the CHASE SMi 18001 module open in the Editor.  Modules are usually broken down into sections (the yellow folders) and within these are questions.  In some cases, sections will be broken down further in to sub-sections as shown here.  Up to 10 levels are permitted with up to 999 items in each section.  Questions and sections can be numbered A..Z or a..z as well as numerically as shown here.
