This shows a question open in the editor.  Users can enter question text, guidance, the weighting and standard recommendations for the question.  In addition to the Yes/No questions shown in these example, users can use other answer types as shown.  The four standard types are Yes/No, Percentage, Marks (out of the weighting) and No/Yes (ie No scores full marks).   Users can then define their own additional answer types as required.
