As the result of a ten-foot fall at work Jason is a paraplegic. Matt is an experienced health and safety trainer and together they are able to bridge the gap between people's current relationship to safety and the desired goal of zero injuries. By sharing personal stories and experiences they deliver a powerful, emotional and life influencing experience that directly changes thinking, attitudes and behaviours.
Secondly, we assist you explore the vulnerabilities that could contribute to a safety incident and identify what is required to provide robust controls. Critically, our work will assist you clarify the processes and importantly the specific behaviours that will safeguard your operation, people and reputation. This activity will be led by Robin Chaplin whose work will be based on his many years of experience as a Health Safety Director in leading construction companies. It also will reflect Hastam's insights from investigating major incidents and research regarding human behaviour in high risk situations. This work includes Professor's Andrew Hale's contribution to the study of fatalities in the construction industry.
